Casual Racism in MP

I have come across multiple players, one on which spouting on in the chat about Hitler, the Nazis, and how Jesus hates you if you're not white or American. I have several screenshots. I tell him to stop, and I immediately lose game connection and am blocked from multiplayer as "Unable to connect" errors are all I get. Is this Activision's and Treyarch's new TOS? That we can be racist and derogatory in-game with no punishment? Anyone who would like proof, feel free to ask. If I post it here, I will get banned for 'hate speech' somehow.

this is a 12 year old call of duty with no moderation and hasn't had moderation in many years

the text chat is the least of your issues compared to the hacking problem
