Unobtainable Calling Card

I cannot unlock the Actionable Intel III calling card (100 kills while your UAV is in the air). It is locked and there is no progress bar. Anyone know how to fix it?

I have the same problem.
I've lost hope trying to find out how to fix it.

Same issue here. Multiple validations run to no avail, thinking a full reinstall is a last-ditch effort but hasn't been attempted yet.

I even did a Fresh Start thinking it would reset all the challenges back to how they should start out, but was gravely mistaken and royally miffed losing all those skins i earned.

A fresh install will not fix the problem. I've tried.

I honestly believe that a Fresh Restart is what causes the problem. At least in me and my friend's case.

I've never done a Fresh Restart and could not obtain it either. I'd be interested if anyone has that calling card on PC or if it's been broken since release.

So basically what happened to me now:
I saw this today, and was still prestige 0.
I already had that calling card unlocked, and now that i prestiged, its actually re-locked, and no progress shows for it. So its bugged for sure.
