Changing of my computer's wallpaper after a play

Hi everybody,

I have a problem, after a game with lots of hackers (I did not choose anything about it), my computer's wallpaper has been changed, with a "meme picture" of the hackers server.

Am I the only one who encountered this problem ?

Do you have any solution ?

You have two options:
1. try to avoid being too much time in a server with hackers/cheater
or
2. uninstal the game and move on to another COD.

Guys, I reccomend you to not play old call of duty's anymore, because the games are full with hackers, they do not only hack the game but also your pc. They also changed my wallpaper and opend my webbrowser.

but they can also acces to all of your documents and passwords so be aware.

Yes, like the commentator above stated, stay away from old CoD games. But if you REALLY want a CoD game on Steam to play, your best bet is Modern Warfare 2 or Black Ops 1, both are safe from RCE

Yes don't play it anymore, If you play it is your own risk

when your playing older cods anything that isnt getting its security files updated ww2 and below, so only black ops 4 and MW2019 is getting updated. there is a security vulnerability someone using remote code execution can send packets to you over the network in these packets they can do stuff like alt f4 out of the game, or the game will get an unhandled exception due to a malignated code. they can also open your browser or change desktop wallpaper, implement themselves as admin on your pc.

they can still crash your game to desktop, but they cant execute code.

reseting stats is something that occurs ingame there is nothing that can be done about this sadly. if you see xbox360lsbest in your lobby its best to just leave game.
