CANT LAUNCH BO2!!!!!!!!!! [SOLVED]

whenever i try to launch bo2 it says running in the steam library, and then after a second or two nothing happens, it says online and not in-game. Ive done everything like verfying game cache and that. bo2 campaign and zombies works though. i tried launching campaign and then going to bo2 multiplayer, but it just does the same thing please help.

try launching it from the steam big-image or however this useless thing is called

Right click on the steam icon on your taskbar
Select big picture
Go to your games library and select black ops 2
Validate the mofo content
Run the game in big picture mode
...

same thing. i think my problem is that i dont have the "hardware_mp.chp" file. whenever i verify the game cache it says all the files are validated when i dont have that file.

Go to this bo2 dir
C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II\players
check if you have that file
if you do, delete it
if you dont, cut the whole 'players' folder and paste it on your desktop or somewhere else
run the game
play hardcore domination

nope. my game just doesnt load. is it because i have windows 10? the game doesnt even show up. when i click play it says im in-game then 2-3 seconds later it just disappears.

I FIXED IT: I exited steam and ran it as administrator from there everything works fine.
