Banned for cheating in Private match

Its my second account that I made just to play Black ops 2, I have never used any cheats/trainers in a Public game until yesterday but I used it in a Private match against bots.

Is this normal? Bcuz I thought its allowed to use cheats in Private matches...

Hi,
If you wanna see all the hackers,go to play NukeJacked/NukeJacked - Online,and there you`ll see all Hackers who has under 50 Hours played on Steam Record,Who make Kills over 80/7 ...
how saw it one guy who had 187/8 Kills and he had only 16.7 Hours played on Steam Record !!!
