TRANSFERING BLACK OPS II ACCOUNT FROM PS3 TO STEAM

HEY GUYS DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IT'S POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER MY BLACK OPS 2 ACCOUNT FROM MY PS3 TO STEAM CAUSE I WANT TO BUY THE GAME ON PC AS WELL.......

It's not possible I think you'll probably have to re-purchase it for PC only. There's a reason they sell a different disc for Xbox, PS3, Wii, and PC.

IT'S NOT MY ISSUE IF I need to buy the game again on steam...my issue is if i have to prestige all over again from the start!!...for example it's been announced that the players of the "call of duty ghosts" will be able to transfer their game account from ps3 to ps4 (through call of duty elite)

Yes, But that is elite, pc dont have that. So you cant transfer.

Yes, But that is elite, pc dont have that. So you cant transfer.

i thought that elite supported every format of call of duty in every console+pc...
well the reason that i wanted in first place to do that because i guess the matchmaking in pc is better because they have their own servers instead of hosting like ps3...and i have serious issues in finding particular game modes with dlc attached...even with "ANY" as internet preference of that game mode,,,it's not that it takes time...i cant find to play at all (sharpshooter,headquarters)..at least in MW3 you could disable dlc's with the "select" button...instead in both black ops games you have to uninstall them and re-install them...each time you get along with the idea to play specific game modes...MAKES YOU WOnder if dl.'s are a rip off

As to your ranking you would have to start from scratch on pc Prestige 0 level 0.

If you have trouble finding games on the PS3 version with 100,000 to 300,000 players your going to find it even harder to find games on the pc version as it generally has a max player count of 15,000 to 20,000. you can view steam game players stats here http://store.steampowered.com/stats
it will show you roughly how many people play each day current & peak.
Currently as I am writing this @ 9am the current players for BO2 is 4,101 & peak players is 22,216

I recently switched to playing on PS3 due to low playercounts and being stuck in playing TDM & Dom on pc due to such low players, you do get a couple of cheaters now and again on pc as well but I cant say I have really seen any in BO2 myself
