I seem to have misplaced a scholar. callistratus, required for triremes is missing. Is my campaign screwed?

Yeah, I need help on this one... I played as Argos in sandbox and I kept getting less and less food in some of my cities. I thaught it was logis routes but nope it didn't do anything, so I lessend the amount of troops I had but nope, and then almost all the cities I gained were lost due to rebellion and the NO FOOD issue ! I need help please :/...

Hi. do you know of any other cheat codes for Hegemony gold? I can only see the ff. cheat codes awardgold## - The only cheat that I can use without any problem. I simply replace the # with the value of the gold that I want expand unit (unit tag) and convertcapturedcities (insert faction name here) - I don't know the correct formats for these codes....
