Contract Floating Ship can now be played in English.

1. Language switching method
   
   • Method A: You can now switch between Japanese and English by pressing LB or RB on a Xinput compatible controller on the title screen immediately after starting the game. (When the language changes, the game name logo on the title screen will switch between Japanese and English.)
     
   • Method B: Added a language change button to the quest screen in the menu inventory (UI that appears when you press the start button during game play)
     
   • Language changes will be saved. You don't have to change it every time you start the game, the previous language setting will be automatically applied when you load it again when you continue playing.
   
2. Localized to English
   
   • All lines from the main game
     
   • UI characters essential for game progression
   is now switched to English. Some parts of the main game's UI may still be in Japanese, but we have updated the UI so that all parts necessary for progressing through the game are displayed in English.
   Now, even people who can only read English should be able to play through the entire game and clear the game.
   
   
   
   
3. How to check if the update was successful
   
   • The English version localized build will be the build data number 425 or later.
     (425 for retail version, 426 for trial version)
     
   • Please turn on the distribution mode and check the game version displayed in small size at the bottom left of the screen.
     
   • If the update does not work, signing out of the Steam client and logging in again may start the update.
   

Non-Japanese people are also welcome to use the English version and enjoy "The Floating Ship of the Contract."

If we update Steam repeatedly and increase the number of places called depots where game data is stored, the amount of space required during installation may be displayed larger than the actual game data.

If you actually view the local files and check the file size of the game, you will see that it is about 17GB.

Do I need a large amount of disk space when installing for the first time? Don't be surprised.

If you actually look at the local files installed on Steam, they are within 16.3GB and 17GB.
