Any chance for Steam achievements?

When trying to do all the things needed to obtain the glowing key, the gavel vanishes from the courtroom making it impossible to progress further. :-(

This I do think is a bug of some kind. I was very tidy in deleting photos as soon as I didn't need them anymore. And as long as I kept on playing in the game, the photo album only contained the few photos i kept from room to room and from Main area to Main area. BUT - after a quit and resume, ALL the photos were back in the photo album. This happened EVERY TIME I quit out of the game and then resumed it later. I figured out the general logic of the puzzle and am past it now with a hint, but even with the hint, I don't understand why A=15? It would make sense if 15 in the register was Adam, but it's Tom... Where does 15 come from? Feel like I'm missing something obvious....

I put the good numbers on the five keypads but the fifth one doesn't open so I can't get the key and am stuck. Any solution?? Thanks in advance
