How to build a Refinery?

Hi have researched and build the Submarine and I want now to build a refinery.
Do I need to place it on a spacial place? Thanks in advance.

Hi, you can build the Refinery on land or underwater.

On land, it's in the Crafting Tab [shortcut: 4]
Underwater, it's in the Underwater Tab [shortcut: 1]

It should work anywhere as long as you have power.

I think I it was only a bug. I tried it to place on land and under wather, but I couldnt place it. After a restart of the game I was able to place it. Thanks.
