I freaking love you! I didn't even look at the main page. I kept just going into 'controls'. - Tech support: Is it plugged in ma'am? - I did fall asleep while playing until way too late and must have clicked that somehow. Thank you very much! This would have been a deal breaker for me and I am super glad that it was a simple fix! I really love this game and look forward to many more up coming things. Please continue to work on it and update new items. This is a super fun game!
In some, you need to press Ctrl + LMB to pick up everything, in others Shift + RMB. Please make a single control scheme
Were there any errors that appeared when loading the savefile? You can send me the affected savefile and your player.log and player-prev.log files to havendockyyz@gmail.com if you'd like, and I can see what went wrong and possibly push a fix.
so rope hook then at a later point bird fly to cow island = good.
bird fly to cow island and not have mats for rope hook = stuck.
bird fly to cow island and carry the mats for rope hook = untested but likely good.
anyway, it resulted in me being stuck on that island as I could not suicide into the water from cow island top.
here's a bypassing type of solution: dev makes a spot on cow island where a player can jump down into the water from, therefore successfully respawn back.
EDIT. utilizing the menu respawn has me now stuck with the chat bubble "It looks too high to reach"
I forgot to mention that I'm on the latest experimental branch, and I hadn't played since May before this. I'm not sure when exactly the bug came to be.
I ended up having about 15 villagers that were wandering around aimlessly, no matter the attempts at reset, with fully depleted needs. The only need they were able to "meet" was sleep when they eventually passed out.
I thought perhaps it was a pathing issue due to the proximity of different stations, so I spent a good chunk of time rearranging anything I could think of having a legitimate reason to be blocked. Even that didn't yield any positive results. I feel like it's just borked. The one scuba dude was so broken I could never reset him, and he was always "swimming" in the air whenever and wherever I attempted to reset him.
Along with the more critical bits of above, any of the storage boxes under the water at any given time have a long list of people who were unable to reach it. The only way I was able to alleviate any kind of production strain was to amass an army of bots as they don't seem to be affected by the grand pathing issue.

Hi! Someone mentioned that possibly toggling VSync seemed to do something, perhaps you can try and see if that works first?
