Troubleshooting

Experienced any issues or bugs? Report them here!

It would help greatly if you could indicate the version you're on, and provide savefiles and log files. To access them, press "View save files" button at the bottom left of Save/Load screen. Send .hvd issue, player.log and player-prev.log to havendockyyz@gmail.com or yyz291#8033 on Discord.

This is an optional step, but makes troubleshooting much more effective and increases the likelihood of fixing the issues if they're savefile related.

I am unable to deal with traders.
I was able to do it in Demo.

Bug Report

I was able to trade in Demo Version but can not trade with all trader in Early Access Version right now. Please check.

Hey so sorry about this - for some reason it seems to occur on this language, can you try switching to another language and see if it works? And then perform the trade and switch back?

Can you also send me your player.log and player-prev.log files?
(From the save/load screen > View save files > player.log)

The mouse pointer should be hidden during camera rotation (holding RMB), so that when the camera stops rotating (when RMB is released), it appears in the same place where rotation started.
People with multiple monitors have feelings too, don't forget about us :D

Thanks for bringing this up, I'll see if it's easy to lock the cursor in the middle or perhaps stop it from exiting the game screen bounds when doing that

Hi, just to let you folks know, a hotfix was pushed out on v0.66.1
Can you update the game and see if it works for you?

When I go to the Library entry, it doesn't have the "time played" or "game size" next to the install/play button, and if I do install, it doesn't show the drop-down for selecting which library folder to install to. If I install it anyways, it tries to run but throws out a "missing executable" error. Upon further inspection, the folder is completely empty. Other games show and install just fine, but this game in particular is bugged for me. I updated my system and still no dice. Any ideas?

Specs:
EndeavourOS (arch-based, freshly updated 10 minutes ago)
AMD 5600X
32gb of ram
RTX 3060ti
Samsung 870 nVME ssd
AsRock B550M PG Riptide motherboard

I have the same issue. I could not open the game after paying and installing it. My demo version can still open without any issue. Thks! I am playing on Steam Deck.

apparently on linux, or at least arch-based distros, you have to manually select the "unsupported_platforms" branch for it to have data to download. still real weird on the library page, but there it is. @jk42197

I had the same issue, doesn't seem to actually have a linux build uploaded for it. Got around it by just forcing it to use proton which makes it download the windows build. Haven't compared it to the other branch in terms of performance but it seems to run ok.
