Meals and Storage

If I put cooked meals in storage so that the settler assigned will continue cooking. Will the other settlers know to go to the storage and get the meal? I had them move 4 meals to storage and at the top of the screen, it says that 4 meals are cooked even though the station is empty.

First you need to have Tables for them to eat at, Second make sure storage is marked as consumable. Third go to your cooks priorities and exclude all but the cooking station. That will keep them there longer.
