a possible fix for the speed up issue that may occur after unlocking the framerate in Wolfenstein: The New Order, open the command console and type ‘r_syncatendframe’.
Anyone know of any other fixes?
I developed a mod that can unlock the FPS. You can find it here if you want to try it out.
Thank you SO MUCH for this! I just downloaded your mod and unlocked the frame rate and it works like a charm; it almost feels as if I'm playing a remastered version of the game as this is the first time I've played it on a 144hz monitor with a working frame rate unlock mod.
One issue I'm having, however - sometimes input is disabled (both on keys & mouse and Xbox 360 controller), usually after triggering a new objective. The only thing that fixes this is exiting the game, booting it up again, continuing from the last checkpoint, and triggering the objective that disabled input before entering the frame rate unlock command (since all commands reset when the game is exited and have to be re-entered). Has anyone else reported this issue?
its disable achivements :(
but outside of that, game ran flawlessly at 165fps on my end.
