If that description isn't enough let me know and I'll try to go into more detail... its not really hidden or anything.
Well I played the Wyat line first (hardest part of the game is this, and living with the choice, along with Old blood), anyway, in Wyat I had fun dual weilding that, its quite powerful, and I wasn't going to accept not having it. I still miss the pipes though.
well dual-wielding knives is pretty cool, but like you said, not quite as good as dual-wielding pipes
that I didn't know about the boxes leading up to the roof access.
EDIT: the reason i'm playing through the Fergus Timeline on my first playthrough here, is to get all of the Health Upgrades first, before jumping into the Wyatt Timeline to get all of the Armor Upgrades. because if i'm gonna get the achievement for playing on the Uber Difficulty, I like to be prepared and not ♥♥♥♥ up.
just got the early Marksman sniper (couldn't believe I missed it the first time)
Its fun re-playing this via chapter select, you can get immidiate access to rocket launcher attachment for the assault rifle and laser mode for the marksman.
good thing I used a video guide posted on here to help me find those weapon upgrades to begin with
Pay CLOSE attention when you access an advanced tech area, think pictures = what to push, won't say more to avoid spoilers, but you'll get a toy for one of your toys.
