Bring back players - Make a Thief Class!
Please Make A New Dungeon & Dragons Class called "Thief" and give it a perk or like which gived you perma stealth and free movement but the downside would be you ain't allowed to use any weapon or some ♥♥♥♥♥ like. And if you get a hit you will be visible or another class cast a "vision spell" like the warlocks hydra which detect undetectable targets. At least do so those who want to be a perma stealth thief ish can do so.

Note:
Forexample in another game called "legacy steel & sorcery" they also have the pickpocket rogue and even if it not work at least they have a perma stealth spell called "Creep" Where you are permanent stealth untill you move (When you move you will be faded out and thus visible and also you lose stamina meanwhile you move) As soon as you stop up again and wait for 1 ish seconds u will fade into a permanent invisible rogue again untill you do or start move to move again.. Why not have something like this? Please Bring back the fun instead of having mixed or merged two classes together. This game is not only about grinding for the best gear or fighting all the time. Sometimes you just want to cheese others or try to ruin their day by stealing their stuff and it should be a part of the game because it's fun! But since that is screwed all over i suggest a re-work on the Rogue class so it's not merged/mixed with the thief class. Because that's not really how dungeon & Dragons work! Please make a brand new class for thiefs it would bring back players!

I've definitely heard worse, but this is bad.
If a player is a thief and uses a perk which does so you cannot hurt other players (To gain perma invisible untill you) are (hit or spotted by a spell ect) and you are allowed to hurt the thief -> what is so bad about that?

They just need to change the smoke bomb to unlimited (with cool down) but take way it's slow down so it can't be used offensively, you don't need unlimited invis when you can drop some smoke to escape too

Not really, what it's really about is grinding for the best gear and pvp is apart of the game, i am aware of this. But i and alot of others just like to cheese and try to steal from people without really hurting them what so ever other than stealing their stuff. And since a class is called the "thief" in dungeon and dragons i cannot see why this is so hard to give us this "New class". I mean, at least i would be playing if i had this option but sadly they somehow mixed or merged this class together with rogue for some unknown reason instead and thus im not really playing the game anymore because i cannot do what i want (other than sit and wait for ages because i can only move a few steps and be invisible for under a min. Alot of other players would love this if this was not the case, but it is only so because "it's mixed with another class" and need balance so people can't do landmine rogue or some backstab rogue ect. But not everyone just like to "fight" or "pvp" all the time. At least it would increase the playerbase because 1 more player would play if i there was a thief class or "permanently cloaked" one until i got hit or someone casted a hydra or another "vision spell which would unstealth me" and i bet i am not the only one. I think Red Iknight would love this aswell and alot from the community. But somehow they destroyed this and im asking for the devs to bring the fun back for those who want this kind of playstyle.

Yeah but the devs mentioned themself that they want classes from Dungeons and Dragons ect. That's why you also have those classes in-game so they match up from that game! But what i don't understand is why they mixed or merged two classes together and pretty much screwed on of these classes up because it needed perks for "two classes" and thus we have the rogue and close to zero thiefs.

there are plenty of discrepancies between this game and Dungeons and Dragons, yes it's inspired by D&D but I don't think they have any plans on adding every class / archetype from it
also thief isn't a class in D&D it's a subclass of rogue
I wouldn't mind the infinite smoke pot idea though as long as it still had a CD obviously

Gotya sorry about that and iknow this game is "Dark and Darker" i really liked this game back when it came out and the seasons also was great but the only class i wanted to play was the rogue (not in a pvp context as in fighting - The only thing i like to do in game was tryin to steal) and they just screwed that all over by nerfing stuff like move and perks to move and perks to be invisible longer ect. So basically they screwed the thief class tryin to improve or balancing the "rogue class". Not to mention i actually think a huge amount of "thiefs" / new players would come if they made another "subclass" for a thief/rogue then, at least a class who was more kinda focused on stealth/loot/stealing/pve focus type of class rather than just pvp. (Maybe it could have bonus fighting monsters and penalty fighting other classes just as an example)

maybe one day we will have sub classing and that should make your idea much more possible, since then they could actually balance rogue between something like assassin and thief with thief losing all offensive perks / abilities and getting the passive ones
