Does 225+ have better loot than 125-225?
EDIT: Found the answer: Yes, the gear is on the other players.

No, HR is HR regardless of bracket. Its just about what kind of players you might meet.

125-224 is for balanced PvP (if you have right gear for it), 225+ is for power fantasy.

Tho wearing pis gear can be a great advantage too as almost no one will ever pick it up.
no its not lol, 225+ has way better loot on skeletons, the same amount of nightmares spawn, but the loot is noticably worse
thats probably just by chance. its all the same loot table.
<24 and 25-124 are the same loot-tables
125-224(HR) has the same table as 225+

sometimes luck just happens to happen, i've found 2 golden keys through arena skel-champ.
if you ever get the wheel, its definitely worth trying since drop-table is suppose to be better in the middle of that module specifically; tho idk what Arena tables are (Normal or HR), guessing normals cause i don't really recall seeing "Thanos's"

They literally have the exact same loot table.
There are only 2 loot tables, normal and HR modified by luck and how deep into dungeon you go.

I have found UNIQUE items on nm mobs on 1st level of 125-224 HR myself.
theres separate loot tables for hr 125-224, theres separate loot tables for 225+, its literally in the game files

i go into 225+s with squire gear, i get purple and legendaries off mobs with zero luck. i go into 125+, i get greens and blues consistently on first level of any floor
idk man, i could try grinding more on 225+ but all i recall is getting roughly about the same loot; people are also alot more "blood-thirsty" and "cracked" whereas sometimes in <124-224 i find it hard to find pvp...everyone is just grinding ap or looting for arena stuff. I've found a few good legendaries that way, even off just killing mummies in castle within the first few minutes.

if the gamesfiles say it then sure it might be different. but theres also unused, outdated, or not yet implemented "stuff" in there too i would imagine idk i could be confusing it with the recent data-mine
I'm *fairly* certain the only differences with loot is that you can only find Unique and named items in HR and that because bosses can spawn Elite in HR that they have a better chance of dropping stuff like keys.

I could be wrong. I find HR to be fairly sweaty and I limit my time there as much as possible.

Could you point these game files?
Because the ones wiki refers to states there are exclusively 2 loot tables+map and floor modifier since forever.

i think the drop-rates on bags change on boss loot-pile as well as being able to only get Gold Coin chest in HR vs normals too. Goblin caves boss-piles has different tables vs castle; but the mystic gem i believe is the same as a golden key or whatever idk i don't have personal experience with those and just sell them "off-rip". I've also pulled 1-2 unique gems off inferno boss-pile in 125-224 so i couldn't possibly see tables being better....tho there are different table for different things, chests, mobs, generic spawns....idk...im yappin at this point.

Was just playing it with my lucky rouge build and I can say definitely not, might even be worse than normals at this rate given the risk taken. I go in with over 150 luck, drink a big luck potion, and I'm not seeing good consistent loot until I go down to the lowest level. Sure you can find stuff if you risk going after the bigger chests in the early maps, but at the highest gear score it isn't really wise for a luck build rouge to challenge the unlimited geared up sweats. It seems the caped hardcore lobby is the best bet, at least you know there is some fairness there.

I have had a theory on luck in general. I had peaked 404 luck on multiple instances and anything lower and noticed that luck at higher amounts I was actually somehow getting worse loot than sub 100 luck even in the same areas as I did samples.

my theory is that luck actually resets after a certain point and loops around possibly unknown to others and the devs as a bug. like if luck were a racing game with laps and every 100 was a new lap but after the new lap you start back from 0. that kind of thing. I've seen it happen in games before too im pretty sure with things accidentally looping back around the more you have making them pointless

that would if we're using the 100 is a reset ratio my 404 luck compared to say 86 luck.. it would be 4 luck compared to 86 luck. which would explain why the 86 seemed better than the 404. I obviously dont know the ratios and its just a theory

thats most likely a reinforcement bias at play.
The Wiki had done some analysis gathering on luck and have found out that apparently luck does not really work right now, and if it does that it has a very low impact.

You can find the wiki and look for their discord, in there do they have a big spreadsheets with hunting loot which shows the expect vs actual drops
