Making 125 HR Only was a smart, and Good Idea

Finally. If people wanna fully experience this game they will have to buy the game, and support the devs. Too long the FtP players got way too much for free to even think about buying the game

The FtP is now truly a demo, and its good for the game. Now if you wanna run good gear you will need to buy the game, and go to HR

Either they run a couple good pieces of gear in norms, and the gear doesn't really give them a good advantage due to not being enough, or buy the game, and truly experience a good build.

I am so glad these cheapskates have to pay to if they want the full game. Too many times i see FtP players with over 500 hrs, and wont pay for the game that they enjoy. Even complaining about not having enough character slots while they do nothing to support the game. Now they get a real DEMO experience.

It's a dumbass decision to minimize the content F2P gets.
You should rather expand on the Full Game Content like the HR or smth new.

No. Too many people were too comfortable with the free game, and wouldnt transfer over to the paid version. The FtP was supposed to get you to buy the game after some time once you saw you liked the game. So many ftp players with hundreds of hours, and had no intent on paying because they got enough for free already.

They got too much. Now they get a real FtP demo

IMO gear isn't good enough to warrent buying the game. The most balance a player would ever see is in the 24 GS bracket. No reason to go any further honestly.

game is horrible, no reason to buy it. no one is going to buy this game now. no one is going to try it and like it enough to buy it because it is so bad.

Yeah, f2p untill the game is finished is a good idea. I for one bought the game only to have several characters, ignoring the HR dungeons cause they stress me out to much. Playing with epic gear in normal dungeons as max was fine for me.

They sell skins with stats, You cannot even buy this game outright on steam, They refuse to do regional pricing, And they are talking about selling DLC.

Half done isn't even close to the right word when this game is going to be getting updates for its entire life. This is a games as a service game that they didn't know was a games as a service game and they didn't know how to monetize it, so by the time they got it back on steam they done ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. I've heard they were going to sell classes? Is that right? I bet it takes someone years of working in the game industry to figure out how stupid that sounds.

And now ftp get a real ftp experience. They got way too much in the first place. If they like the game they will buy it now, or be content with low gear lobbies.

I see your point. I guess IMHO its not exactly cool to develop a mobile platform and leave your pc platform unfinished, THEN try to force the f2p population on this platform a month before a mobile launch to buy your unfinished game.

You think they are gonna launch that mobile game in early access?

Best part its the guys who did pubg so you know they are great to there players... and I mean the push to buy right at time of estimated release? Come on dude.

No DaD devs are working on the mobile version. So your premise has no meaning. They are working on the PC version. FtP get less, and now have a good reason to buy the game if they enjoy it. Seeing all the upset stingy people shows me they enjoy the game.

Thats some hardcore gatekeeping of lies and deceit in advertising a game. F2P is a full game that is available for anyone to pick up and play through it with no limitations, and it offers microtransactions and cash shops to fund its existance. Demo is a limited version of a full game.
The devs themselves are advertising this as a F2P game which means they are lying cause they are fully aware not many people will give this game even a chance if it would be a Demo. Backlash for this is perfectly understandable to anyone who even slightly understands what a F2P game is.
