I will concede that it's harder to get into the game if you have less time, much like most games with a high skill ceiling. Though I think you could reach level 20 in reasonable time if you weren't constrained by the length of the playtest. I got a fulltime job myself and I reached level 17/11 on a pair of characters respectively.

Furthermore, your implications that I stole gear from other players in a game about stealing gear from other players is a bit strange. I am playing the game the way the devs intended :)
A lot of players died to donate their gear and loot to me, so salt comes with the territory. No worries :)
The game is definitely skill based.
