Bard buf bug?
what with the bard resently, i cant give bufs to my team

I somehow never team up with bards, but the ones I've fought against have the buff effect swirling around their teamates, so maybe it's a visual bug? Have you confirmed that they don't see the buff pop up on their screen? Also, check the specific buff you're trying to give. There are several bard songs that only apply a buff to the caster.
