Quests also unlock stuff in the squire and shop.
Well when you're talking about a $30 price tag and the game doesn't explain itself, there's a lot of "why" here. So does that mean that quests actually upgrade the base gear, so the very basal gear you can take with you (And ultimately cannot lose)?
Edit: I can see the fan boys coming out...
The gear you take can be stashed away or sold to other players on the market to buy items that compliment your character build.
Why do we play any games? For fun and competition
I'd strongly suggest joining the discord. I agree they need to explain things better but that is where we are at the moment, but yes, certain quests do unlock more stuff in the squire. I haven't played every class but Warlocks get a ♥♥♥♥ ton in theirs.
Watch a YouTube video on a new player starting guide. It will explain pretty much everything you need to know
If you do not enjoy that then the games not for you
for me the reason are simple.
i want to BONK every single player head i can find in the dungeon
getting and loosing item is just the prosess to get what i want
