Technically third person is in the game when spectating, which is what they probably did. It may be misleading if it's not stated anywhere specifically it's first person. They should probably add that or remove the third person view from the trailer if that's the case.

In fact, in the TAG list there says FIRST PERSON but I too was wondering if there was a third person option based solely on the brief segment shown in the trailer.
