Move Speeds need readjusting

if someone is wearing the same kind of armor as me they should not be double or triple my move speed while shooting me with a bow and walking backwards. this ♥♥♥♥ is retarded.

Rangers are inherently faster. Their main stats are agility/dex and they start with higher agility than other classes which increases their move speed. They are faster because they have less melee options/skills and less health. It's called a trade off. Like every class there are positives and negatives.

i play as barb, i recommend you think about when you can and can't approach rangers. for me i know i cant chase, you need to bate the ranger into a advantageous situation or catch him off guard. They would die in about 2-3 hits (even high end/peak gear);. and if they get hit by my Achilles skill, their dead with no possible counter.

it was a bard shooting me, not a ranger. ranger makes sense and i would not be as upset. but a fully armored up bard (as heavy as you can be as one) was walking backwards and shooting me

I don't understand this at all. Stats exist, why do you want this game to not have classes/stats?

Also, you checked all the stats on all the armor of people with the same armor? You know sometimes the stats affect speed, as does chracter classes...

Are you unaware of the perks and stuff that can increase speed for Bards?

Come on man. Get a grip. Don't run to the comment section to get validation from other complaining children because you aren't as good as someone else in a PvP game or you don't understand the mechanics. GO LEARN and GET BETTER and try to improve instead of defaulting to crying and looking for validation by pretending to somehow be a victim.

Bards buff themselves with move speed. If he was actually moving 3x as fast you backward, that's called hacking. Even moving backward shooting and reloading they wouldn't be 3x a fast as the slowest class. I've played long enough to know that's just not true, even fully geared, so you are either exaggerating or he was hacking

If he was jumping and reloading at the same time, this is how the game works. You jump just before you are reloading and mid air you don't gain a move speed penalty for reloading. Watch the top tier players, they all do this because it's a way to reload while not losing as much move speed

He is clearly being hyperbolic and exaggerating to make himself feel better about losing a fight. Its not his fault he lost its the games fault for being imbalanced. Lets not even talk about the literal fact its impossible to move 3x faster than somebody else let alone even 2x faster as there is a hard cap on move speed.

It is unfortunate that he ran into a player that is significantly better than him at the early stages of the game. That will happen though as a lot of experienced players already exist in the environment that new players are entering. I am sure he will learn from his mistakes and learn to actually get better and play instead of just blaming the game for his flaws more and more right? Lets see.

I've learned as a tank fighter that I'm not good enough to handle any Barbarian right now heh. I'll chase after, like an idiot as a tank, many other classes but I keep getting owned by barbs.

Love the shield. Had some dirty bastard (all fair heh) try to take us out, three in solo's kinda agreeing to escape on the elevator together. He managed to kill the other guy but I was able to block my way till extraction.
