How to fix stuttering

This is extremely vague. Is it your computer or is it lag? You need to give more details than just "How to fix stuttering?"

Others don't have it. So it must be you problem. Fix your network and pc.

i had stuttering also until i realised somehow my server region was no the correct one, try checking out your server region!

A few people are experiencing this issue since the last fix.

Saying it's a user issue isn't always true just because it's not the case for many others. There could be several reasons for this, e.g. region, routing, network, provider,serverload/instances/limitation, or at the end your settings/pc.

You could try the standards: restart your router / use lan / restart pc / clear your network cache / check your driver, prioritize dark and darker in the task manager.

But since there are other having this problem after the patch, it could be a server-side issue for few people. The last patch might have introduced changes in the server configuration, leading to issues for certain players.

it more look like lag, it's not only me tristin, try not to talk that confidently without knowing

What Mr.Eko said is good point aswell. Maybe it changed your standard server-region. Good Luck.
