Why do I need dual weapons?
For Rogue and warrios its available to use weapon in each hand, so you can choose which one to use for attack. And I still have no idea whats the worth? Im faster with weapon in only one hand or I can carry crossbow. Can smn name any worthy reasons to use two weapons? Using dagger and sword for different range attacks and speed feels not even close to enough to use it. Do I miss smth?

Each weapon provides stats to your character, so you may be slower but you gain benefits of the stats, also attacking with both weapons can throw you opponent off if trying to block and the fighter gains benefits from perks for having a weapon in both hands

People dont always use two weapons due to movement penalty but its a valid choice because

1. Switching your attack to another hand can be faster than waiting for the entire attack chain to finish from your main hand, resulting in more DPS.

2. Another weapon means more bonus stats will affect you.

For Rogue there are only really two reasons I can think of off the top of my head:

1) The ability to have a crossbow in each hand while also having a melee weapon in each hand is pretty valuable.
2) Using a dual wielded weapon as a "stat stick". The dual wielded weapon has good stats on it that make the main weapon strong.

Aside from that there isn't a good reason to have multiple weapons equipped at the same time.

So you can get the extra stat rolls from two weapon instead of one but to be honest when i play rogue i usually just have one weapon, Slayer build fighter is totally viable too and that's where duel weapons really shine
