If I'm getting your question right, then there isn't any "relevant" dlc. The only stuff outside the actual game you can buy are character skins which have positives and negatives, and emotes. Some people would have you believe that the lizard or lycan are "better" but honestly I've played over 500 hours and never noticed a problem.
