Inventory Management: Rotating Items?

Is there a way to rotate things that dont fit in your bag? Sort of like DayZ or Unturned where long items can be rotated in your backpack to fit.

I tend to describe this games inventory system as a medieval tarkov, i wish you could rotate them.
