Tarkov has proved how much people want a pve mode

Tarkov pve mode is by far the most popular mode now not one person i know plays the pvp servers anymore, hope theese devs learn faster than tarkov devs did.

Idk how you consider a 200$+ pve expansion for an unfinished 8+ year long beta product a success. Especially when russia 2028 was supposed to be the single player sister title using all the beautiful assets they developed for tarkov. When we were marketed tarkov in 2016 it was sold to us as "PVP stalker". If i wanted PVE tarkov id be playing stalker. I understand how you feel but its annoying af to say its "subjective". Its like going to a horror film festival and being like "yo that cult movie all with all the spurting blood and really gnarly gore? ya less blood please I dont like it, makes it too hard to watch but otherwise i really like it" when that blood/gore was kinda the whole point of that specific piece of media within the context of its genre.

If you are loving single player tarkov Im sure youve heard of stalker gamma but give it a try, maybe look into ARMA 3 editor and making your own missions if you really focused on the gunplay/medical system.

Also for PVE dark and darker forsure check out "dark messiah might and magic".


I hear yall with pve modes for these games but I wish devs would just make triple A single player games with good combat. God imagine an elderscrolls level world with dark and darker combat id be in heaven.

its not just "oh i want pve" on tarkov, its more likely that people cant stand being folded by other dude thats bettter on every aspect, ofc they pull the usual Uno Card "No its bcuz i will not have to face cheaters" but nah, its fear, this kind of games on paper are made to have a PVPVE interaction and lets be honest, those asking for PVE modes on this cases, want to progress without risks and are terrified of having to "see who have it bigger" with other players
and nikita knows very well, as soon you pay the 250 bucks and go into PVE on tarkov, the IA becomes retarded, the bosses dont auto aim at your head, the usual Scavs are stormtroppers you can see em fail aiming at 10 feets away from you, the force field to avoid being sniped, etc. i feel so disgusted and honestly was the tick that got me out of there, i didnt learned pvpve on tarkov to be insulted with handicapped IA's

actual insane take the pve mode is getting so much praise atm yea it has some issues still like the scav spawn rates are a bit high and the raid timers are a bit low but you know its a success when peoples biggest complaint is they dont have enough servers and the Q times can get a bit long.

Someone made a only pve server during playtest 4.

He/she shut it down after a month because it had like 10 people daily.

The PvP is the only thing keeping me from buying this game to be completely honest. It's just not fun running through the dungeons having a good time fighting enemies and getting loot just to be stomped by a high level player, or worse a group of players, and lose everything you got that run and everything you had on you from previous runs. I know its a skill issue on my part to a degree, but there is a point where the starting gear is just vastly ineffective on even higher level enemies let alone other players. It kills the drive to play real fast. Needs a PvE mode for sure.

Being high level doesn't do anything.
You're only gonna get killed by a group of players if you queue for duo / trio really.

Additionally you can literally queue with just base gear and be put against other players in just base gear if your concern is how 'effective' your gear is.

last i check this game is not tarkov so why copy even its pve mode ideal.

In its current state I feel like the game would be pretty boring if it were just PvE. The looming threat of other players keeps me on edge, personally. I'm constantly listening for footsteps and fighting in the distance. And it's not like PvP is automatic either. Plenty of players are willing to co-operate or at the very least leave you alone, as long as you leave them alone. Don't attack right away, instead, spam crouch and see if you get a response.

Game is plenty successful without one. Let them finish the game they’ve already been selling people and then if they want to add in a PvE mode that’s completely disconnected from the rest of the game, go for it.

You don't have to spend 250 dollars for a PvE tarkov, just get the standard edition and play sptarkov instead. It's vastly better then whatever the 250 dollar thing is, that ♥♥♥♥ is a scam.
