Yes. That's the point of multiclassing. Don't really see how it breaks the game really.
Cleric with Wizard's meditation would be the God's right hand, but in terms of support.
And Warlock with Cleric's Lesser healing would be Death Little Helper as controller.
List goes on and on and on.
It can unbalance the game, sure, but that's a different question.
But, at the same time, if you're matched with similar opponents, who're able to "absolutely wreck everything" what's the issue?
But as it is, leveling is basicly non existant, since it has no real point.
Maybe some pretige classes, to amplify roles or gameplay styles, istead of strait access to other class skills...
