I got permanently banned literally 5min after spending $30. Only thing I can think is because I dropped my VPN while connecting because it didnt work last time on the VPN.. But the way they set up purchases, it completely bypasses the default steam store page so you cannot ask for a refund. They are scumbags and scammers. There is zero way to get in contact, on discord they tell you to go to the site, on the site you leave a ticket that doesnt get answered - no return to emails. Do not spend money to support these scammers.

I get no response to my questions as well regading the same topic. Can't connect to server since the new patch. I admit it's all my fault as i have tried to play the game to actually decide if it's worth the 30€ asking price. I'm glad i did not pull the trigger earlier.

I saw someone say on reddit they were able to contact someone at Ironmace and get a ban reversed after something weird like this but IDK how they did it... but take that with a grain of salt because its reddit after all.

Yes I read all that garbage, I am still banned right now. Nothing lifted.

I would go to the DaD discord, and see if you can contact one of the support mods about this issue. I wish you luck in getting the ban removed if ya story is true.

No paid thru steam technically, to buy 15 'red shards' that you then trade in game for 'legendary' status. it is quite literally a scam to get around steams refund process

many games that offer ingame purchasables dont do it over steam, for example DBD dont do it over steam
you can buy the new alien DLC for 40% off on steam but by buying ingame currency of their website you get a better 60% deal for character ingame with ingame currency, thats only possible because steam deosnt take the cut
