Short story is yes. Long story is its complicated but the judge said nexon was over reaching with its takedowns and lack of evidence.

AFAIK nothing beyond the "preliminary injunctions", which was basically Nexon's attempt to stop Ironmace from distributing the game while the case was in effect, has been decided and that the case is still active.

Some folks around here seem to be under the impression that Ironmace won, but i can't find ANYTHING that categorically states that the lawsuit is settled.

Since Steam only delisted the game because of a DMCA request, it stands to reason that since there's currently no valid ongoing DMCA from Nexon that Steam felt it was valid to relist it.

If anyone actually has any sources that state that Ironmace won the whole lawsuit and that it's over, feel free to share the links.

The DMCA was 100% thrown out. The injunction as I mentioned was overturned because Nexon failed to submit literally any evidence at all. They missed their deadline entirely and as far as I know they have still not submitted any actual evidence to the court even the the case is still technically ongoing. At this point they are just dragging it for fees.

All of this happened well over 6 months ago also. Might even be almost a year now at this point.
