i have a feeling the instant forms perk will be nerfed or straight up removed

Any defending druid is dishonest as F, just say you like that it is a broken class. I got a druid down to low health and he turned into a rat and ran past a group of goblin and aggroing them onto me (killing me) as he got away. BS

The rat form can "Squeeze" through door windows by jumping mid transformation (instant)
Instant transformation allows way to much freedom to disengage from a fight.
Couple that with the passive healing you now have a hunter class that can out heal you unless your a warlock.
The game's models make it so your fighting a noodle when it comes to the panther form, making precise weapons more a pain to use as they slither around in circles.

I agree Druid is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. I had someone transform into a rat run past every monster and go right to where I spawned at the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 11min mark and attacked me in the back while I'm killing the monsters where I spawned in. Nerf right now.

All I know is I picked the WORST possible class to play because literally everyone PVP's and PvE's faster and better than me and have total bullsh * t skills while I have no armor or health and am made or paper in PvP

just amusing how so many people say a druid can "run away" fast it feels like everyone is letting every door open so they give them the opportunity to escape its totaly logical ( not that i as druid was followed by a freaking berserker as a rat and he catched up and threw his nice blue glowey torches at me after me trying to get away and then dieing since no doors were left open to get through )

EDIT : and before you comment "then you suck and need to get better" think about it if it wouldnt then ALSO tell YOU the same if you cry for nerfs ?

Cool that one situation means this is ok.
The issue is more the fact that there's no cooldown or transition period between shifts.
So, regardless if your an enclosed room or not a druid can rapidly shift and kite you at any given time.
It's a free "escape" button.

It would help if you weren't vague and tell us what class you were.
You'd get advice that was is all.

it is not free as soon someone is to close you cant even transform having a weird angle oh game says you have not enough room to transform happend to me multiple tims on slopes weirdly and i dont know " being OP " would mean having a advantage to beat someone and that is on everyone against a druid that wants to escape since damage feels like the worst joke an NPC can kill me as panther for example since i would need with circleing nearly twice as much hits then the reespawn gear and saying i can heal permanently i dont know 1hp every few sec is not really a heal and other classes can go invisible and also escape easily but escaping brings you nothing if everything easily kills you

abd the situation explanation was more for if they have the "escape options" open then it willl be this way but running into 1 trap while running away will kill them as rat and closing doors will hinder them going this specific route so i was multiple times catched even as rat trying to get away since there was no room to run to open and it would only end in a timeplay

Invisibility gets broken at an instant by everyclass.
The only real benefit would be to the wizard i believe.

And again that's one situation, idealy you wouldn't be trying to transform next to someone.
You'd use your extra speed to get that 1 inch to transform and then scurry into a corner and begin your healing ritual.

Again there are legitimate issues regardless of PVP such as being able to jump through door windows.

Druids can switch forms too fast so many time i've seen druids going in rat form just to fortunately die to my bleeding or poison. But so many times druids rush to me in rat and jump through door windows and switch to panther or bear but it doesn't really matter because usually i'm low life then, panther is ass and i can easily solo it with full health.

You should absolutely not be able to disengage at will they way they can, they can literally ignore closed doors, run away at the drop of a hat and play skirmisher for an entire match. They can drop a Treant to distract or delay enemies, they can drop cover to block passgeways, and can give permanent passive regen ensuring their team can survive extended encounters and have a flat out groupheal spell on top of it.

If they removed the immediate shapeshift perk it would be a step in the right direction but as is they have so much more utility than any other class it's insane, they have an answer to most situations.

People defending the druid are either fighting REALLY bad ones, or are trying to play a role outside the Druids intended area.

You are just grossly exaggerating their impact. Like for example healing for 1 health every 3 seconds isn't going to determine a fight lol.

When they shift they lose most of their health and become 1 shot. its a risk vs reward scenario you need to do better to recognize and punish.

By itself no, but stacked with healing pots and the other spells they get yes it is a huge boon in drawn out ranged engagements which are 90% of the fights now there's no threat of the zone closing on you.

There is no punish to a druid going into mouse form and jumping through a closed door and instantaneously reverting to whichever form is needed, again the Druid can run away at will easily, they can close gaps and escape far faster than any other class by exploiting the chicken fly.

You seem to think Druids only ever use shapeshift for fighting, they don't unless they're new. Shapeshift sucks for fighting, yes, but that's not it's only use.

No not dishonest, I think half of the classes are garbage and people should cry for buffs instead of crying for druid nerf... yes nerf rat form but don't ruin that class it's actually FUN

Keep everything the same but add an actual “transformation” delay to avoid instant switching or rat door clipping.

Done.
