Ranged weapons
feel weird. Like, I know im not that bad of a shot. but I can't seem to hit ♥♥♥♥ with them. Tried all 3 bows, tried all the cross bows. Are the arrows functionally a single MM wide? I swear to god I had an arrow miss a skeleton by going through its ribcage(hyperbole).

I play free and main ranger. I haven't encountered such problems yet. Maybe you just need to get used to the way the arrow flies.
It feels like all arrows from all bows fly about the same. There is no difference, or it is insignificant to notice.

Regarding skeletons... maybe the opposite, they have a specific hitbox. I usually shoot skeletons in the head or hip, these are the widest parts of their body by sight. But you will want to aim for the head first, especially if you have a passive for increased headshot damage. And oddly enough, relative to skeletons, the head is the most convenient body part to hit.

I swear it feels like they shrunk projectile sizes lately, but it's probably just me.

I only played ranger a few times on the release of goblin caves, and on skeles the arrows definitely felt like they went through the holes of them. maybe its hitbox/lag making the skele move in different ways than its hit box is idk but you basically had to headshot them to land a hit I noticed. so you guys aren't crazy lol. based on the hyper realistic combat they have of different damage to limbs/torso/head and the movement moving your hitbox like looking straight up makes you bend backwards like neo from the matrix to dodge.. I wouldn't be shocked if they made the arrows and bolts hyper realistic too

I wonder if arrows can be blocked by swinging a wep at it before it hits you too? or if anyones tried that. Would be kinda cool mechanic like a jedi lol. I know the parry works for deflecting arrows tho

Swinging? I don't think so, but I have blocked an arrow from another player with a Longsword, and the response I got over voice comms was "Oh hell no he's doin' some Jedi *$&#!" before the guy ducked down a red staircase.
