Dungeon recovery

Does Dark and Darker GMs ever give gear back? I died on frost map (Non pvp) and my gear never went to recovery goblin. ( I did submit a ticket, but god only knows how long that might take.(longer than 10 hours for sure)

what did you have on you? if it's in looted quality you won't get it in most situations

Mainly legendary armor and weapons, but i've got it all back every other time i died. just this last time it didnt ever pop up and i waited in game for 1 hour and 30 minutes

among their many flaws - IM have, and I say this with experience - the WORST customer service in gaming, it's difficult to describe how bad it is. Countless players have just given up due to false bans, seasonal rewards not being given, client transfer issues that never get rectified. If you are lucky enough to get a response from them, every single issue is typically met with a "We're sorry, but assisting with this issue is impossible for us".
The other response is "We're sorry, but an internal policy prevents us from helping with this issue".

Your best bet is to become a famous streamer, that would likely be quicker than getting a genuine response from customer service.
