as someone who has it, I am in favor of allowing players to get cosmetics they like maybe it just costs shards for them and I saved shards as my reward. or maybe every cape I sell in market has the skins effect on it gaining me extra $ while allowing people who want to buy it access. (theres some I missed because I didnt play id love to have like the champion skin for horns through the helmet too)

Well items that have been in old quests have resurfaced in the shop now to by like the Spectral Campfire so possible.

Yes quest stuff comes back, seasonal stuff from HR doesn't. They have stated this.

Well the dev's wanted the HR rewards to be unobtainable after the season for each one ends so never. :)
