Sorcerer is broken

Not as in OP but literally broken because sometimes your spell might not cast then it stays stuck in casting causing you to be permanently slowed and unable to cast any spells in that hand or switch weapons. Lightning storm fails to cast most of the time even if it's in range and unobstructed (this is like a 30 second CD and you'll probably die if you waste time trying to actually use it against a player). There are random spell effects all over the map. Apex of sorcery doesn't show stat changes when casting.

Yup. That was in the patch notes as a known issue.
