how do i escape from the new map?

i had so much loot and searched for ages, i went to all those blue markers on the map but there were just boats there?

the anchor markings are where boats will dock. If the lantern next to the landing point is still lit, the ship hasn't arrived yet. If the smoke is going (you'll know), it's the last call; if the light at the landing point is dark then you've missed the last ship there and your only chances are either one of the portals (which can be above OR under water) or the undersea caves that are also lit by lanterns and marked by a cave map marker.

you can also take row boats to the left north ship on the edge of the map or the south left side of the map, ship on the edge of the map. and get it in between both hooks and the ship hoist's you up and you escape.

1. Static Portals
2. Static Escapes (A couple of underwater caves)
3. Stay on the boat that has the NPC on it until it reaches the edge of the map.
4. Drive one of the small self-piloted boats to the side of one of the massive boats on the edge of the map.

All of these are marked on the map, with a blue icon, or a line (and icon for stopping points) for the NPC Boat.
