Bears are manageable.
But the root of the problem with Druid is that it has both engage and disengage tools in a game where every other class basically has one of the two at best and also has healing similar to that of the Cleric (if not quite as burst-y, which is less of a problem when you can yeet yourself across 2 rooms in the time one class might clear 1).

The same way you handle landmine rogue in bis which jumps on you in dark corner, spoiler: you don't :)

Panther, you just bend over and die.
And while I'm perfectly fine with classes countring one another in solos, druids hardcounter a little bit too many classes and have no clear hardcounter of their own.

Despite fighting agianst a Fighter with a full Fulgor kit and not having a proper gear himself, the Druid stands longer than any other class. These absurd possibilities to reset a fight, combined with the absurdly unbalanced animal forms, currently make the druid a completely anomaly in this game.
Imagine a class without Fulgor and endgame kit facing a druid like that. How will the fight end when a druid can always heal much faster, reset almost every fight, and even become a threat to highly-geared players with those ridiculous panther and bear forms?
