where can we get the ruby ore beside in the next floor in forgotten castle

Middle room of Ruins, theres a secret lever on the hands of the statues, opens an elevator.

Goblin Caves has a room with several ore deposits. Best place for mining ore that I know of. Also killing Golems can give you ruby, but they usually drop cobalt.

Rubysilver does not spawn in goblin caves, Iron, Copper, and Cobalt (also gold in treasure room) spawns in goblin caves.

Fran's right, middle module in the first level of Ruins is the easiest place to get Rubysilver.

under square there's 1-2 ruby veins where the worm spawns. use the statues arm in square to open the area below
