Constant Rubber banding (Pls help fix)

It has been a known bug for over a year i come back and its still a problem makes the game unplayable. Has anyone found a solution yet?
Details its not a ping or internet issue it is a fringe error that is client side zero packet loss but zoinks you back to where you are refusing to let you move forward lest you walk in hard left or right like 90 degrees or more which gets you kill a lot ion pvp and take unnecessary hits in pve.
