Rubysilver Ore spawn nonsense.
Make a normal Rubysilver Ore spawn, what kind of nonsense is this that in order to do the initial quest you have to sweat a lot, or give the opportunity to hand over the purchased ore for the quest!.

It is not that difficult... you can even mine some on the first level if you really don't want to go down. There's also a wipe soon and maybe quests will change.

you can just go ruins and run straght watering hole location,sometimes rubysilver is in cave
