In class that can become invisible :
=> Bard : you have to stay immobile and people at 20m around hear your music.
=> Rogue : can't move unless you use a skill but you will make noise, unless you waste two skill
=> Mage : short time and fully hearable when walk.
=> Potion user but can't move and people hear your drink.
Fighter, clerc, barbarian, warlock can't become invisble. same goes with rangers.
Now how the guys play safe are a problem ? I mean take solo dungeon for exemple : 9 players, 4 portals, one stair. So 4 people have to die. If you wait people kill themselves or die by mobs which happens fast,. All you do is move slowly and garther loot and you have higher escape chance than run like a chicken everyone and then complain to have been kill by someone you didn't anticipate or a trap that a ranger put..
I meant than fighter, cleric, and barbarian can go in with no loot and sit in a corner until the last couple of minutes essentially invisible.
I am not talking about people playing safe, but people doing quite literally nothing for 10 minutes just to hit a player 3 times and take the loot. You can see what they are carrying when spectating so you can see if they were just afk for 10 minutes. Like no the Ranger staying in the same area for 10 minutes because they spawned in a safe zone isn't playing safe.. It's being toxic and griefing other players. Nearly every round has a ranger/rogue or two who won't even pick up anything from kills because they are griefing. They are not trying to escape. The amount of players in each round playing rogue/ranger and just afk'ing for 10 minutes is genuinely absurd.
Basically why it works is because rounding a corner into a mage/warlock who hits one time with a spell for 60-90% of a health bar means near instant death. I pretty much only play bard and ranger now because of bard's Din of Darkness aoe damage song to find the Cleric fingering his butt hole in a dark corner, and Ranger to detect footprints, because out of the 9 players in the lobby 6 of them will be afk in a corner, one of the other three is me, so the last two are probably mages/warlocks who can basically one shot all but 2-3 classes. It's sad. The meta right now is literally sit in a dark corner to 'ambush' someone or play warlock with a wall piercing burn spell.
=> a ranger come ? No issue if the aim is good.
=> wizard ? With fast spell and unless Barbarian got max resistance it won’t be a problem
=> warlock ? Absorb their energy
=> bard ? With full song and a throw of drum it would work.
=> another fighter ? Depending your build you can.
=> another barbarian ? Depending you can and the throwing axe could be extremely useful
=> another Clerc ? Spell on yourself, judgement, block and attack.
=> rogue ? Tricky depending your build. On my side I would force a guy to rush me, hide behind an obstacle and stealth. Judgment won’t work as invisible and if he come close I will use the poison, rupture and ambush bonus which add 50% of damage. The no loot guy will not like it.
Sorry but you describe a player playing safe, maybe ultra safe but there is nothing toxic to it. It is a survival game where you do what you do for survive. You could on the same principe have the same reaction for the full stuff guy camp 4 portals just to force pvp.
Now time to be real : warlock and mage can’t one shoot. I mean even if you play rogue class with 80hp, there is no spell about to do that damage ( this without include armor rate).
Hopefully people are giving them actual useful information and facts instead of just claims that they're "too op", which is utterly worthless information to them. That tells them absolutely nothing.
If that's the best you can provide then I wouldn't be doing anything about it as well. You gotta let them know and understand why they're "too op" my man.
They also have to avoid bias as well. Wanting to nerf a class just because you don't enjoy dealing with it is not a good reason to actually nerf said class.
You want to run ambush, thrust, dagger mastery, jokester, with the perks weakpoint and hide. With a green Kris Dagger and some grey STR gloves/pants/etc. you'll do over 150 damage with your first swing (proc weakpoint, use hide, hit their head). Unless they're geared you'll almost always one shot them and even if they somehow survive the first attack you still have 55% armor penetration for another 4 or 8 seconds (can't remember weakpoints timer) so you can do around 400 to 500 damage with your second swing and double stab. Legitimately the only downside to rogue is that you don't have any ranged (unless you waste a perk point for hand crossbow) rogues will always be the best solo class and I'm not sure why people are mad about that.
To have try the ambush it work quite well especially in goblin map.
you simply dont like their opinion.
the game is fine and is quite popular.
try blocking or dodging the incoming damage in the future.
thanks for the loot.
thanks for the loot. seriously try blocking or dodging next time.
