Make account linking simple, stupid.

So I got Steam version, had Founders through Blacksmith, deleted Blacksmith to get Steam version (what idiot has the same game downloaded twice on there comp?) and found I need to log in on Blacksmith to link the account to Steam?!? Is this the best solution yall could come up with? Couldn't send a link to peoples emails for a simple transfer? Just really poor planning here guys. Very inconvenient and un-intuitive.

The original platform link feature was removed due to complications and loopholes with the various storefront policies. We are currently working on an updated platform-link feature to allow the migration of legacy Blacksmith accounts to a mainstream platform of their choice. This feature will be a one-way platform link allowing specific Blacksmith accounts (created on Blacksmith before June 6, 2024) to migrate to either a Steam or Epic Games Store account. We ask for your patience as we roll out this feature in the very near future.

Also new problem, ive redownloaded the blacksmith version and low and behold, I dont even have an option to get a link? Why is that?

I have the option to link a twitch account, why is there no option for Steam here?
