Anyone else can't finish quest where you need to "explore dark ritual room a". I went to every possible boss on inferno warlord, ghost king and lich (which i think from quest i was supposed to explore his room), but nothing happend even in every boss room i checked for quests but not a single time it was marked when I enter any of these rooms. Am I stupid or what?

I walked in and out of lich boss room thinking it would complete the quest but it did not. Maybe its bugged or you have to do something fancy.

Last wipe you were supposed to just walk in lich room and extract later, but right now i entered and killed every boss and it's still incomplete so I suppose it's a bug.

The maps were changed.
Before each boss had its own unique map, now every map can have every boss.

I was about to post about this as well. ive gone to inferno 10+ times and a handful of them were litch. Poked my head in ran around a bit then extracted and I still cannot get it to complete. I think its bugged

yeah i'm having the same problem: I've tried going into both Dark Ritual Rooms multiple times and haven't been able to get it to trigger
