plz remove third floor
two is ok but three is just too wasting time
30 min per game and lots of quests ...

I agree, after a complete season with only two floors, I find thrid floors only annoying and time-consuming.

It's especially annoying that you have less time on the hell floor than before. However, more time is necessary to really get intensively involved with the bosses and options.

I agree, with 2 floors you'd normally get what you want to quest on the second floor. Now going down to inferno takes longer and you may waste all that time not getting the boss, or tileset room you need.

couldnt agree more it takes too much time to practice 1 boss and there is 3 of them
30+ minute to die a boss

Three floors is fine. I dont respect the time consuming argument because all you were going to do is load into another match anyway. You have plenty of time.

As far as floor population and quests go, there are other solutions to that.

only thing i dont like about 3 floors is almost everyone dies on first floor, so the next 2 floors are same as dead lobbys

You know what they could do but likely won't? Have multiple red exits that open to the different level tilesets, for levels 2/3 of the Ruins/Crypts/Inferno in particular.

That way players could go to the level they need for their quest(s), instead of potentially wasting half an hour waiting around as is the case now.

If nothing else can we PLEASE make it so the first damn affinity quests for certain vendors don't require going down to Inferno?

I swear to god I'd kick the Tailor down a bottomless pit if I could...

Because waiting 15 minutes to get the wrong layout was already fairly annoying enough, but waiting 30 minutes to get the wrong layout? Bleh.

If they truly want to fix the time investment while keeping 3 floors, they should lower the timer on each floor and get it closer to a more reasonable time investment.

People aren't usually mass dying on Ruins, they are simply leaving. Most people use the blue exits. Make the first layer larger, allow more players, reduce blue exits. You'll see a lot of folks on layer 2 because they will have no other choice. If gaming has taught me anything its that folks will always take the path of least resistance. So deny them that choice.

Inferno could do with a rework. I could see a system where you open a portal to a specific chamber to fight a specific boss. It's actually one of the decent features DB had.

Those aren't the only possible solutions to these problems, but they would work. I wouldn't scuff the entire design concept of the game because there are minor inconveniences currently.

Brother the killfeeds in sub 25s and sub 125s are insane on Ruins, very rarely have I seen less than 3 deaths from PvP in a match well before a single extraction has opened up.

Sub 25's killfeed will always be hilarious, but thats where the timmies live.

Hasn't really been my experience with other brackets.

Also, a chaotic suggestion: Remove all blue exits except the drawbridges on Ruins. That makes for some real fun.

Even more chaotic suggestion: Move bridge red stair case to directly underneath it and make it the ONLY was down. Remove all wall torches at that ground level and add more mobs.

I love 3 levels, because it greatly adds to the risk/reward feel, but it can make (quest) specific rooms/bosses in inferno tricky, they should solve that.
I think the original envisioned top layer 'ice village' as a counterpart to Ruins would be awesome, but we haven't heard about it since it was dropped beginning of this year or so.
Also, I wouldn't mind a 4th level beyond inferno, which I imagine to be like this surreal and trippy, cosmic hellscape that transcends space and time filled with bizarre, mutated horrors.

Incidentally, if they did remove the 3 layer system you will have longer rotation times as Ruins would have to be its own thing. This is to say nothing of the new Aqua map they are developing. So it's not as if removing it is going to do you any favors in the long run. You'll actually waste more time per season just waiting on that.

Instead, it's better to focus on ways of improving it to meet the needs of the players.
