Alchemist quest bug - "Potion Trials"

As the title says, did anyone get to "Potion trials" quest at alchemist to confirm this isn't just bugged on my end? I tried multiple times now. I use the potions in ice cavern: health, protection, magic protection and invis, I escape and it says I only used the health one. Also I noticed when I press "L" to bring up quests within ice cavern the alchemist guy is not shown on the list, even though he should be since it's an active quest for that dungeon.

If anyone finds a workaround let me know pls...

Me and my friend had this issue earlier, and actually found the trick to it! Evidently, it seems as if the quest was (at least partially) mislabeled:

-Drinking a Health Potion works in the Ice Caves
-The other three only seem to work in the Ruins/Forgotten Crypts levels
-Coincidentally, the quest shows up in the quest log for Ruins/Forgotten Crypts

I assume they were planning on making the quest be in Ruins instead this time, but something got messed up. Happy questing!
