Account Linking?

I have a paid blacksmith account and I wanted to link it to steam as I wanted to get back into the game with some friends, but I can't figure out how to do it, all the videos showing how show using a "platform" tab in the options menu that I don't have, what should I do?

Why the hell would there be a window? That's absolutely idiotic. This was a paid for product and we cant even link our accounts because of some arbitrary "window". Could they piss on this game more? Terrible service.

Yeah man I don't get it, happened to me with destiny 2 back in the day and I lost over a hundred dollars worth of DLC, at least I can still play this game

The original platform link feature was removed due to complications and loopholes with the various storefront policies. We are currently working on an updated platform-link feature to allow the migration of legacy Blacksmith accounts to a mainstream platform of their choice. This feature will be a one-way platform link allowing specific Blacksmith accounts (created on Blacksmith before June 6, 2024) to migrate to either a Steam or Epic Games Store account. We ask for your patience as we roll out this feature in the very near future.

its so hard for some people to read their news
they are so quick to jump on a hate train, without even doing any research..

they are so quick to jump on a hate train, without even doing any research..

I read their news and couldn't find any info on it, then I asked their customer support line and still haven't gotten an answer 13 days later and then I asked their discord server too after googling it, and none of those gave me answers so that's why I was asking here too.
