Drop rate increased??

Haven't played it since the last season came out. Came back, in my first match(normal mode, not highroller) I found a legendary adventurer cloak(and many rare items).

I never remember legendary loot dropping in normal mode. Did they increase the drop rate and now rare items drop much more often?

Yup, you can also get unique tier loot in normals now (horrible change imo, legendary was enough)
