You make a ticket, then wait literal days for the blacksmith staff to begrudgingly move your account over.

Expect all characters on the existing steam account to be deleted, or for your days of waiting to be rewarded by a message that you need to delete them before you do the transfer.

Oh, to add the joy of this experience, you CANT PLAY THE GAME until their support staff deal with your ticket because the choice they present to you is a one time permanent choice.

You can probably tell from my tone that I am stoked I spent $50 on the founders edition to now be saddled with this condescending ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ from Blacksmith.
