transfer account platform
i submit a ticket to transfer my Blacksmith account to Steam， I want to know how long it will take to migrate my account to steam? Can I play on the Blacksmith platform during the migration?Who knows about these? Looking forward to your answer, thank you

The Ticket status is “NEW”，I submitted it last night . When will it be changed to completion ？

I ordered a transfer on 03.12 and today 06.12 still not finished...

today 10.12 my account to steam still not finished...

Thank you for responding, same here. 11.12 still not transfered since 03.12. Will tell you if/when it is finished.
